You know, I personally agree with this meme. When it’s your birthday month, spending money on dumb stuff that makes you feel good should be off limits. Go nuts and spend all you want this month, or week. Sometimes when your birthday is on the 20th, for example, that should mean you get 20 days of unlimited spending on wants, not needs, with either your money or someone else’s money, especially if it’s gift money for your birthday.
Don’t sweat it, as the meme shows. Just go ahead and not be smart for your birthday. We only live once and can splurge once in a while, especially when it’s our birthday.
